Loads of money

We have been informed by DEFRA that there is plenty of money for new applications in 2003. The earlier deadline will probably mean that fewer people apply on time. This is, therefore, a great time to apply for any expensive capital works, or special projects. It would also be our advice that previously borderline, or rejected, applications could be resubmitted this year.
