Local Government and Public Bodies
The North York Moors National Park Authority: The National Park's Advosiry Services Department is one of our longest standing clients, for whom we have delivered extensive Phase 1 Habitat Surveys and NVC (National Vegetation Classification or Phase II) vegetation surveys, as well as many Farm Environment Plans. Since 2005 we have managed an annual contract with the National Park to monitor the regeneration of the Fylingdales Moor fire site. We have provided ecological support services for Harrogate Borough Council, York City Council, Scarborough Borough Council, Richmond District Council, and North Yorkshire County Council, North Yorkshire Police Authority,The National Trust. We also undertake surveys and management plans on behalf of the Environment Agency, Defence Estates and Natural England.
Builders and Developers
We have surveyed for protected species and resolved ecological issues for Jacobs UK Ltd, Farnell Construction, Able UK Ltd., Carrillion plc, Lordstones Developments, Severfield Reeve, The Railway Housing Association, Tillhill forestry.
Farms and Estates
The University of York, Malton (Fitzwilliam) Estates, Arncliffe Farms, Danby and Wykeham Estates, the Kildale Estate, Farndale Estate, Gisborogh Estate, Urra Estate, and Hawnby Estate, Farmoor Services. For these clients we have produced wildlife surveys, management plans for ponds, bracken control management plans, as well as many grant scheme applications.
