Giles Manners MIEEM CEnv (BSc Biol. Sci. Hons Zool., MSc Env. Sci.)

I am a Chartered Environmentalist, as well as being a full member of the Institute for Ecology and Environmental Management since 2001.

I also provide training services and advice to landowners and farmers for the Environmental Stewardship Schemes (Higher Level and Entry Level Schemes) on behalf of Natural England.

I am licensed to survey and handle great-crested newts and bats. I am also experienced in reptile surveys, plant surveys (expert in grass and sedge identification), pond creation and management, Phase 2 habitat surveying, and landscape design.

I have completed my Level 3 Forest Schools and am avaiable to run Forest School activities in the North East region.

Seasonal Staff

Each summer we engage a team of experienced seasonal surveyors and associate ecologists, all of whom are IEEM registered and carefully chosen for high quality work. We do not subcontract our survey work, unless specifically authorised to do so.
